Southern Cross Equestrian to Host Ocala Horse Properties $15,000 Eventing Prix Invitational

Reddick, Florida - February 9, 2015 - Scott Keach and the crew at Southern Cross Equestrian are gearing up to host the Ocala Horse Properties $15,000 Eventing Prix Invitational on Tuesday, March 3rd in Reddick, Florida. Timed to coordinate with the Eventing calendar, the Prix will run the Tuesday before the Red Hills CIC and will be used as an official schooling competition by both the U.S. and Canadian High Performance Teams.

Triple Crown JYR PRO Scholarship Program Adds Educational Curriculum Criteria

Vero Beach, Florida: The Professional Riders Organization, Triple Crown Nutrition and prize sponsor World Equestrian Brands are continuing to build upon the successful format of the Triple Crown JYR Scholarship Award Program by expanding the mentorship and educational components of the program in the 2015 season. Three online curriculum modules will be added with follow up quizzes.

Horses and Hope Chosen as Official Charity of the 2015 Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event

Chronicle Team King, Bellissimo and Goutal to compete on February 20th at the EQUUS Foundation Best Performance Team Invitational

Candice King will captain the Chronicle of the Horse team of Nicole Bellissimo and Brianne Goutal for the first of its kind Best Performance Team Invitational, the featured competition of the EQUUS Foundation Fete Cheval Etoile on February 20th at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington, Florida.

"It's an event for everyone competing at the Winter Equestrian Festival to support because 100% of the proceeds go directly to horse welfare", said Mark and Katherine Bellissimo.

Saut Hermès 2015 At The Grand Palais - April 10-12

Paris, 24 November 2014 - Hermès is organising the 6th Saut Hermès au Grand Palais, an international 5-star (CSI 5*) show jumping competition, which will take place on 10, 11 and 12 April 2015 in Paris.

The world’s best horses and riders will come together at the start of the six CSI 5*events, the highest level of international competition and a mark of excellence within the discipline. Hermès will also welcome twenty promising young riders, invited to participate in the three original Talents Hermès events.

USET Foundation Headquarters Installs State of the Art Footing

Gladstone, NJ - February 2, 2015 - The United States Equestrian Team (USET) Foundation is pleased to announce the installation of new custom footing by Dan Carr and his WestWind Surfaces at Hamilton Farm in Gladstone, NJ. Continuing the goals of supporting athletes, promoting international excellence and building for the future, the USET Foundation completed the overhaul in December. Hamilton Farm hosts a calendar of important USEF events such as the Dressage National Championships, the Talent Search East and an array of other shows and clinics.

National Horse Show Announces Title Sponsorship By Canadian Pacific Railway

The National Horse Show announced today, Feb. 2, a new sponsorship with Canadian Pacific Railway that brings the company on board as the title sponsor of the show. The overall event will now be known as the CP National Horse Show. The show returns to the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Ky., on Oct. 27 -Nov. 1.

10 U.S. Combinations Ready for Adequan Global Dressage Festival CDI5*

Lexington, Ky. - A strong contingent of 10 U.S. athlete-and-horse combinations are set to compete in the CDI5* taking place February 4-8 during week five of the Adequan Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Fla. The following athlete-and-horse combinations will be representing the U.S. in the CDI5* (listed in alphabetical order):

Michael Barisone (Long Valley, N.J.) and Virginia Alling's HF Victor

HF Victor is a 2002 Trakehner gelding.
