HSBC Agrees Further Three-Year Term For FEI Classics

HSBC has agreed a further three-year term as global sponsor of FEI Eventing to include title sponsorships of the HSBC FEI Classics™ until the end of 2013 and the HSBC FEI European Eventing Championships™ in both 2011 and 2013.

HSBC has supported the FEI Classics™ series since 2008 and will be contributing US$ 1 million in prize money over the next three years, which represents the biggest prize pot on offer in Eventing on an annual basis.

Nick Skelton To Be Coach For G&C Farm And Pablo Barrios

An Interview With Frank Rothenberger

Leading international course designer Frank Rothenberger, from Germany, will provide the challenging courses for the first leg of the 2011 Global Champions Tour to be held at the Qatar Equestrian Federation Outdoor Arena in Al Rayan, Doha from Mar. 17-19.

Since the beginning of 2011, Rothenberger has had a busy schedule in his capacity as course designer including the build at the CSI-W Zurich, Switzerland, where the World Cup event saw the success of German top show jumper Marcus Ehning, champion of the Global Champions Tour in 2010.

Proactive Horse Registry Is Revolutionizing The Horse Community

Many organizations operate horse registries based on a specific breed, characteristic, ability, or performance element.  Conversely, there are a significant number of horses that do not meet the necessary criteria and, thus, are ineligible to benefit from these existing registries.  Since no horse is immune to victimization, or loss of identity due to sale, seizure, auction or theft, Rescuing Unwanted Slaughter Horses (RUSH) is closing the gaps by providing a new method for registration.

New FAU Equestrian Team Makes Strong Showing Against Region's Best

PLANTATION, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University’s Equestrian Team, in its first competition and with a complement of Palm Beaches riders, made a strong showing on Feb. 5 versus the Southeast’s top collegiate programs.

The riding Owls placed in nine classes at the IHSA (Intercollegiate Horse Show Association) show hosted by the University of Miami at Plantation Equestrian Center in Broward County.

Carolina Cup Lands New Sponsor Donation To Help Raise Money For Healthcare

CAMDEN, SC - The Carolina Cup Racing Association is pleased to announce a new sponsor for the 79th Annual Carolina Cup Steeplechase Race Day.

Vineyard Vines, the Connecticut-based apparel and accessories brand founded by brothers Shep and Ian Murray, is now the official bowtie provider of the Carolina Cup.
