Shires Equestrian Products USA Sponsors Event Rider Emily Beshear

HAMPTON, NH – Shires Equestrian Products USA has announced that it is a sponsor of event rider Emily Beshear of Somerset, Virginia. Beshear is a winning Advanced level competitor, a USEA ICP Level 3 certified instructor, and the coach of successful riders from local starter horse trials through top international events.

Intercollegiate Dressage Association 2011 National Championship

Twelve teams from colleges throughout the US gathered at the Canterbury Equestrian Showplace in Newberry, Florida to compete in the ninth annual Intercollegiate Dressage Association National Championship.  These 12 teams and numerous individual riders earned more total points than the other 48 college teams currently in the IDA to qualify to ride at nationals.

When PegasusTV launches its first affiliated television channels in six U.S. cities and their surrounding areas later this month, more than 28,000,000 million people representing over 11,000,000 households in will be able to tune into their own local horse channels.
 
The network brings a new and customized approach to providing horse-focused programming to thousands of television viewers in each local market.  Since each local television channel also has its own online "mirrored" streaming version, thousands more are also expected to tune in each month via the Internet.

Scholastic Champions Win At The Ninth Annual Interscholastic Equestrian Association National Finals

Upper Marlboro, Maryland-May 4, 2011-More than 500 of the nation's leading middle school and high school equestrians competed at The Show Place Arena/Prince George's Equestrian Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland April 28-May 1, 2011 for the Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) National Finals sponsored by Dover Saddlery and Smith Brothers. The finalists represented over 200 teams from seven zones throughout the United States.
