Try the Biostar EQ supplements
If you're into whole foods, you should check out the Biostar EQ supplements. They're made from whole food and look like little granola bars. I started my horse on them a month ago and he's really improved his strength and focus. He also gets Renew Gold, which is just rice bran, coconut meal, flax seed and yeast. That's it--no fillers, preservatives or other processed crap.
I read that Shannon Peters feeds her GP horse this diet, and the website has a bunch of really interesting nutritional articles. (And no, I don't work for them! I'm just a customer.)

I have always thought the Uckele G.U.T supplement looked interesting but when I checked with USEF about its ingredients they told me I would have to take my horse off the supplement ahead of any competitions because of the Licorice Powder. I like to feed supps they can stay on at shows. :O(
