USEF Names Eventing Team And Individuals For World Games

The U.S. Equestrian Federation has named the team and individuals for the Land Rover U.S. Eventing Team for the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. Four athlete-and-horse combinations will compete on the U.S. team, with a further two athlete-and-horse combinations competing at as individuals.
The following four athlete-and-horse combinations will be compose the U.S. Team at the Eventing Championship at the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games (in alphabetical order):

Buck Davidson of Ocala, Fla., and Carl and Cassandra Segal’s BallyNoe Castle RM, a 14-year-old Irish Thoroughbred gelding.

Phillip Dutton of West Grove, Pa., and the Trading Aces LLC’s Trading Aces, a 10-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding.

Boyd Martin (Cochranville, Pa.) will ride the Shamwari 4 Syndicate LLC’s Shamwari 4, a 12-year-old Hanoverian gelding.

Lynn Symansky of Middleburg, Va., and her own Donner, an 11-year-old Thoroughbred gelding.

The following two athlete-and-horse combinations will be compete as individuals at the Eventing Championship at the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games (in alphabetical order):

Sinead Halpin of Oldwick, N.J., and Manoir De Carneville Syndicate’s Manoir de Carneville, a 14-year-old Selle Francais gelding.

Kim Severson of Charlottesville, Va., and her own Fernhill Fearless, a 14-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding.
