USEF Customer Care Center Wins Bronze at the 2014 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Lexington, Ky. - The United State Equestrian Federation (USEF) is pleased to announce its Customer Care Center, led by Teresa Stephens, was awarded the Bronze Stevie Award for excellence in Front-Line Customer Care at the 8th Annual Stevie Awards in Las Vegas Friday evening.

Lexington, Ky. – The United State Equestrian Federation (USEF) is pleased to announce its Customer Care Center, led by Teresa Stephens, was awarded the Bronze Stevie Award for excellence in Front-Line Customer Care at the 8th Annual Stevie Awards in Las Vegas Friday evening.  

 

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of sales, business development, customer service, and call/contact center professionals worldwide. Organizations and individuals submitted more than 1,500 entries in 43 categories, which were judged by several hundred executives around the world.

 

Members of the USEF Customer Care team include Sara Beth Causey, Gaile Chapman, Stephanie Cobb, Sonya Cox, Gayle Day, Mary Henson, Megan Hephner, Jamie Martinez, and Jenny McCoy. Former team members who are now with other departments within USEF include Cavan Allen, Mark Coley, and Samantha Kline.

“We are incredibly proud of the Customer Care team’s hard work earning this award,” said John Long, Chief Executive Officer of USEF. “In 2007, the USEF had a vision to provide world-class service to our members and to the broader equestrian community, and the Customer Care Center has exceeded all expectations.”
