Sinead Halpin Equestrian based out of Snowdon Farm in Annandale, NJ announced today plans to launch an exciting rider development program, emphasizing the establishment of riders for the future of Eventing.

The new program, which will be headed by Assistant Trainer Sarah Rupert, will focus on developing riders from a young age, with the goal of progressing them to the sports top level. “We here at S.H.E. see the need for younger riders to get into a program sooner. Our goal is to create an umbrella system at our farm, where kids can start riding with Sarah and as they progress through the levels, smoothly transition into a more advanced program under my direction,” stated CCI**** rider and head trainer Sinead Halpin.

In addition to working with up and coming riders, Sarah has experience helping nervous adults and Adult Amateurs of all levels, having been a working student and rider for Sinead Halpin Equestrian since the beginning of 2011. Sarah started her career in the hunter ring, winning the MSA 2010 Equitation Medal Final, and since making the transition to Eventing, has taken her OTTB successfully through preliminary. Sarah, who is currently becoming an ICP certified trainer, competed numerous horses for S.H.E while Sinead was in the UK last year, with great success.

Clients have already given Sarah Rupert endless praise. Brian Callanan, a Lacrosse coach in the area, whose daughter and wife take lessons with Sarah, had this to say, “Both my wife and 10 year old daughter have taken numerous lessons with Sarah, and have thoroughly enjoyed each of them. She is an extremely knowledgeable trainer who brings a high level of motivation and enthusiasm to each lesson. My daughter is not even off her horse before she starts talking about the next lesson!”
