Freestyle night at Dressage At Devon rocks! There’s no other way to describe the voltaic atmosphere in the closely packed stands of the Dixon Oval in Devon, Pa., with the arena bathed in artificial light during the weekend of Sept. 30-Oct. 3.
While some of the Grand Prix mounts worried through their performances, eyes bulging at the exuberant vibes they absorbed through every pore on their body, Mark, ridden by Canadian Leslie Reid, didn’t turn a hair on his way to a winning score of 77.75 percent. Neither did the always cool and calm Reid, who had to restart her ride twice after technical difficulties with the CD player.
