West Palm Beach, FL (March 17, 2011)  – Dressage rider Steffen Peters not only rode away with a personal best and high score of 80.872% during the World Dressage Masters (WDM) Palm Beach, but Peters praised the custom blended GGT FootingTM in the arenas at Jim Brandon Equestrian Center for the WDM and said the footing helped him ride Ravel to victory. Premier Equestrian, LLC, a leading supplier of dressage arenas, horse jumps, arena footing and stable accessories, added GGT Footing to create a custom blend for the existing footing in the rings at Jim Brandon Equestrian Center prior to the World Dressage Masters.

“The footing at the Jim Brandon Equestrian Center for the World Dressage Masters was fantastic,” Peters said.  “Everybody was really happy with the footing and I didn’t hear a single negative comment. Ravel has never been better and that says a lot about the footing and the facility.”

While the most successful group of dressage riders and horses from North American and Europe competed in the arenas at the Jim Brandon Equestrian Center during the WDM, they did so on newly refurbished rings featuring GGT (German Geo Textile) Footing. John Flanagan, managing partner of Wellington Classic Dressage that produced the WDM competition, said he was pleased to work with Premier and GGT and the new footing for the world class show was a huge success.

Heidi Zorn, President of Premier Equestrian, said they added GGT Footing in the covered arena, show ring #2, warm up ring #1 and the 10-minute warm up ring at Jim Brandon Equestrian Center. “We brought GGT Footing to the existing footing in the arenas and blended it to renew them. Adding the GGT Footing gave the arenas an amazing footing surface,” Zorn said. “Premier is very experienced and well known for adding GGT to arenas that already exists. The Masters was an incredibly important show featuring the top international dressage riders in the world and we were pleased to create the ideal arena footing for the competition.”

Premier has experience working with elite equestrian venues and as an official supplier to the World Equestrian Games, Premier Equestrian supplied the dressage arenas for the World Equestrian Games, as well as the dressage warm-up arena, driving arena, driving warm-up arena and the flower boxes and dressage letters. “Our products are world-class and they were very well received by the international dressage community at the World Equestrian Games,” Zorn said.
