The Pennsylvania National will add a low junior hunter division to its 2015 schedule. The show responded to repeated requests to add the 3’3″ division to their calendar in this year’s edition, held Oct. 8-17 in Harrisburg, Pa.

The division will take place Thursday and Friday, Oct. 8 and 9. The show tentatively plans to hold two over fences and one under saddle class on Thursday, and one over fences class and a championship presentation on Friday. The show will accept 15 horses from the U.S. Equestrian Federation rankings.

To accommodate the change in schedule the show will accept two fewer horses in each of the four junior hunter divisions, and each of the three pony hunter divisions.

“Although based on tradition, the show is also looking to the future, and welcome this addition of juniors to our show,” said Pennsylvania National president Liz Shorb.
