Despite the terrorist attacks of Nov. 13, the Longines Masters of Paris is slated to continue as planned Dec. 3-6, at the Parc des Expositions in Villepinte.
“Following the tragic events in Paris last Friday, the [Europe Equestrian Medias] team immediately shared in the sorrow of the families of the victims and the national mourning declared by the President of France,” stated a release from EEM. “As organizer of international equestrian events, the EEM team was particularly moved by the demonstrations of solidarity and empathy expressed all over the world. The visual tributes in blue, white and red and the performing of the French national anthem ‘La Marseillaise’ on stages across continents truly speak to unite us in the pursuit of freedom and liberty.”

“More than ever before, this edition will be a celebration, bringing to life the universal values so well represented by our sport: respect, courage and tolerance,” stated the release.
