Leaving Aston

Well I am on to Maizey Manor (David Green's) and then to Bramham. Sandy and Mark's lorry is really amazing, and I am including pics of it! The past two days have been going really well, and I am excited to get to the event but will definitely miss Aston Farm.

Well I am on to Maizey Manor (David Green’s) and then to Bramham. Sandy and Mark’s lorry is really amazing, and I am including pics of it! The past two days have been going really well, and I am excited to get to the event but will definitely miss Aston Farm.

I had a dressage lesson with Sandy, and she really is amazing on the flat. I could use a few months with her to get a good grasp on all that I need to learn, which is, as always, never ending. I also had the opportunity to jump a few of Mark’s young horses, which was great to really get a better base on what he is having me work on.

Today I rode my test for Sandy and then jumped with Mark, which was great. I think they easily helped me with 10 points that I would have lost if I hadn’t done this. Cooper jumped fantastic today, and I feel like we are both ready for the competition.

I also broke one of the Allistons’ cars while I was using it… it seems as though I have a knack for doing these things as I have also broken one of Phillip’s cars as well. (The first week I was there.) I have also broken tractors and gotten trailers stuck all over the place. Sorry guys!

Last evening was my last with the Alliston family, and I think they are coming up to Bramham, and I again want to thank them for all they have done.

Sorry there isn’t more excitement here, but I am starting to feel a bit of pressure and am ready for it!

Talk to you soon.
