Jan Byyny, Robert Costello, Buck Davidson, Derek di Grazia, Phillip Dutton and David O’Connor narrowed down the pool to two applicants. On Dec. 10, Chattahoochee Hills hosted sub-committee members who evaluated both applicants’ teaching technique and conducted in-person interviews. Each applicant taught two lessons (dressage and jumping). The sub-committee’s recommendation was then approved by the Eventing High Performance Committee and the International Disciplines Council.
