In what was the biggest-money weekend in show jumping, another $1 million was given away at HITS-on-the-Hudson, at the Zoetis $1 Million Grand Prix (see results). The Chronicle’s Lindsay Berreth was there to tell you all about the jumper and hunter action. The $50,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby at the Chicago Hunter Derby turned into yet another duel between Kelley Farmer and Jennifer Alfano. Farmer came out on top—and in second!—with Mythical and Skorekeeper, relegating derby star Jersey Boy and Alfano to third. Farmer also claimed fourth on On Q. Farmer’s mounts picked up a total of $30,000 in prize money on the day. Alliy Moyer won the $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby on her Carlson.

In Texas, Sophia dePumpo rode her own Limbo to the top of the $10,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby during the Texas Sport Horse Cup. (see results) In Tennessee, Theo Genn rode Asirea Fortununa to the win in the $25,000 Grand Prix at Brownland Farm Fall I. (see results)

In events this weekend, Kristi Nunnik rode her R-Star to an advanced division win at Copper Meadows (Calif.) (see results) Jordan Linstedt topped the advanced at the Aspen Farms Horse Trials (Wash.) (see results); Michael Pollard and Ballingowan Pizzazz won the advanced at Five Points Horse Trials (N.C.) Take a peek at the Novice Horse division—groom extraordinaire Nat Varcoe-Cocks claimed a blue ribbon on Bugsy! (see results).

Dressage shows included: ODS Championships (Ore.) (see results); DASC Championship Show (Calif.) (see results); Poplar Place Dressage (Ga.) (see results); Cool Down Dressage (N.C.) (see results).
