Devon elects new Foundation Board members made up of top equestrians, long time volunteers, renowned business leaders and celebrated philanthropists.

 Devon, PA – Thursday, October 23, 2014 - The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair Foundation met on October 3, 2014 to approve new bylaws and elect additional officers and board members.

The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-for-profit charitable organization that owns the land and facilities of the Show grounds. Sarah Coxe Lange, CEO of the Foundation, is extremely excited about the depth and caliber of those who were elected.

 Devon, PA – Thursday, October 23, 2014 – The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair Foundation met on October 3, 2014 to approve new bylaws and elect additional officers and board members.

The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-for-profit charitable organization that owns the land and facilities of the Show grounds. Sarah Coxe Lange, CEO of the Foundation, is extremely excited about the depth and caliber of those who were elected.

The new Foundation Board is charged with preserving the facilities for the future so that Devon will continue to exist in perpetuity. The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair Foundation is very pleased to have Collin F. McNeil as Chairman and Candace Guinan as Secretary.

Collin F. McNeil

 A Philadelphia native, Collin F. McNeil is a devoted foxhunter, philanthropist, a former journalist, and business executive. He is a published author, having authored the 2008 Bright Hunting Morn celebrating the 125th anniversary of Radnor Hunt. The father of three is married to Virginia Judson McNeil who is an accomplished show jumper. The couple has a joint venture with international Grand Prix rider Callan Solem, based at their farm in Chester Springs, PA. He is the former Chairman of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania and remains on the Society’s Board. Mr. McNeil is President of the Quaker City and Radnor Hounds Foundations and is a Director of the Barra Foundation, Willistown Conservation Trust, Lake Placid Horse Show, Pennsylvania National Horse Show and the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair.

Candace Guinan

Candace Guinan, the newly elected Secretary, has been involved with Devon for over 26 years; she has served on the Devon Country Fair Executive Committee for 20 years and Co-Chaired 2001-1002 and 2012-2013. Candace has volunteered in many Devon Country Fair Committees and most recently has chaired the Concessions Committee which is responsible for renting the vendor spaces on the Grounds.

Jennifer Burger, Alix Coleman, Mrs. Eric Corkhill, Darleen DiGorio, Norma K. Hamm, Mary Alice Malone, Mrs. Jerrold M. Meyers, Misdee Wrigley Miller, James F. O’Rourke, Mrs. Robert R. Schwartz and Mrs. Judson P. Vosburg.
