Applications Available for 2016 Eventing 18 Program

Lexington, Ky. - The United States Equestrian Federation is pleased to announce that the 2016 Eventing 18 Program outline and application are now available. The Eventing 18 Program is the beginning of the athlete pipeline and aims to build a foundation of future horsemen and women that will hopefully go on to represent the United States. Selection into the program will be based on talent, competitiveness, commitment, and potential.

The Eventing 18 Program is the beginning of the athlete pipeline and aims to build a foundation of future horsemen and women that will hopefully go on to represent the United States. Selection into the program will be based on talent, competitiveness, commitment, and potential.

Applicants must compete at the Preliminary level or above during the 2015 competitions season, including in one designated event per area. Talent Spotters will observe applicants at these designated competitions and report to the Talent Advisory Group, who will select the riders for the 2016 program by no later than November 20, 2015.

Those interested in being part of the 2016 program must submit an Eventing 18 Application by April 3, 2015. There is no fee to apply.
