“I have been searching for a quality horse with advanced-level experience for quite some time, and I’m very grateful for Jessica’s help in finding this horse,” said Springer.

Tim and Alice Page previously owned Mr. Sydney Rocks. He started his competition career with Clayton Fredericks, and Lucinda Fredericks took over the reins upon Clayton’s move to the United States. She competed the horse through the CIC*** level until recently, when Christopher Burton took over the ride.

“I know that the Pages could have sold this horse to a lot of different people, and I appreciate them trusting me with his future,” said Springer, of Upperville, Va. “I also cannot say enough good things about the training he has had to date, as he has truly been brought up by some of the best riders in the world.”

Springer plans to get to know her new partner over the next few months at her home base in Virginia before heading south to begin preparations for the 2015 season, and she is enthusiastic about her new gelding’s talents.

“I absolutely think Mr. Sydney Rocks has all the ingredients to be a top horse, and I cannot wait to see where our journey takes us,” Springer said. “I cannot thank everyone involved in the Team Springer Syndicate LLC enough for their dedication, support, and belief in my goals.”
