Wellington, Fla. (May 5, 2011) – Adult Amateur dressage rider Janne Rumbough may be in her mid 60’s, but the vivacious rider doesn’t let anything slow her down. Rumbough has become a fixture in the winner’s circle on the Adult Amateur circuit in south Florida, and she added another victory to her growing list of accomplishments when she won the Vita Flex Victory Pass Award at the Gold Coast Dressage Finale show.

“My young horse Aflido and I won two classes, a First Level class and a Training Level class; I also won a Third Level class on Winnie Too,” Rumbough said, during the Gold Coast show. “So far I am three for three and I just competed my other horse, JR, in the Intermediaire I. All of my horses are home-breds out of my stallion Gaucho, and it makes it so much fun when you breed them yourself.”

Rumbough, who breeds her Pure Raza Espanola (PRE) horses out of her MTICA Farm in Wellington, was thrilled to win the Vita Flex Victory Pass Award. “Vita Flex makes wonderful products and I want to thank them for sponsoring the award,” she said.

Rumbough is originally from Denmark but has lived in Wellington since the late 1970s.
